Fall 2021
We are pleased to return for our 15th year of the After School Program at PS196Q!
Online registration for the Fall 21 After School Program starts on August 5th at 9:00 a.m.!
Program registrations will be online only.
- Review our Program Guide (revised 8/2) at afterschoolps196.org for class schedules, payment options and information on how to register.
- All classes are on a first registration basis.
- No refunds for cancellations/changes/illness after September 23rd.
REGISTRATION CHECKLIST
Returning Families:
- Login to your account to review and update your personal information
- Accounts with a past due balance must be paid in full before registering for any Fall 21 semester programs
- Returning ASP families will use their existing Amilia account & email. If you don’t remember your password use the Forgot Password link to reset it. Do not create a new account with a different email.
New Families:
- New ASP families will be prompted to create an account with their email address on Amilia registration software during registration. Please use your primary email when creating your account as it will be used for communication regarding the program and/or your child.
- You can create an account before the registration date. Go to our website afterschoolps196.org and click on Registration, then click on "How to Create and Account".
Be prepared with the following items to submit during online registration:
- Class selection (Please look at updated class schedule)
- Your child’s current image w/o a mask - 200 x 200px max (returning families should update their child's photo)
- Authorized pickups and contact numbers
- Grade and Class #
- Completed and signed parent contract & credit card form (can be uploaded at registration or emailed to maria@afterschoolps196.org). This is required to confirm registration.
- See attached contract to fill out and upload at registration time or email to maria@afterschoolps196.org .
Tech Requirements:
We recommend using a laptop or desktop as the registration software does not support mobile (phone, tablet).
